I'm extremely fortunate to work adjacent to some ideal wildlife habitats where I've been able to observe and photograph foxes, badgers and deer, not to mention the birds.
I've known for some time that the animals come close to our offices, but deploying a consumer trail cam revealed just how regular their comings and goings were. So I decided to take the risk of setting up my DSLR camera trap, secured the best I could, and hey presto I caught our resident male fox and some beautiful badgers. It was the first proper test of a new triggering and flash setup. It seems to work, so next week I'll be using it to try and capture a very specific image I've had in mind since May of this year. Hopefully, more on that and the setup next week.
