It's been pretty full-on since starting the bear viewing/photography. Long evenings and nights in the hides (14-15 hours), but worthwhile. The days are shorter than we expected, with a few hours to walk around the local area, go running in our case, and also use the bird hide. After a lot of failure and observation I managed to crack the challenge of photographing crested tits. Stunning wee birds I've wanted to see for a long time.
