The wonderful badger
For many years I've wanted to see/photograph badgers. My commercial cameratrap revealed that I had a healthy local badger population while a little fieldwork identified their main routes taken at night while foraging for food. So for much of the last 11 months I've thought about, procrastinated, planned, and finally built a DSLR camera trap specifically for this moment. To say I'm pleased is an understatement As with everything in photography I'm already planning ways to improve these images; a little light pruning here, a more interesting rotting tree branch there...
Camtrapping is quite addictive and I've only deployed the kit twice !
