The foxes living around my work place have been VERY nocturnal for the last few months, so I was delighted to see not one but two seperate foxes today. The first was a vixen who's in fantastic condition with a distinctive large white tip to her brush. She sat sunbathing at the back of a field for about 30 minutes before providing this lovely portrait. We've named her Robyn. It's a handy name if it transpires I've assigned her the wrong gender !!
About 30 minutes later another fox crossed the field on the same route. It had a much smaller white tip to it's brush. It too sat amidst the ragwort plants but sadly for me the angle of view was too acute to get my lens out of the window.
